TERMS & CONDITIONS
*After being listed as “Active” on the MLS for 60 consecutive days, and if your home is not Under Contract, Bustos Real Estate will purchase your home at 10% below the Listed Price. The Listed Price will be determined by Bustos Real Estate based on their comparative market analysis. Listed Price cannot exceed $500K. Commission is based on a traditional listing agreement; e.g. 6%. Guaranteed Selling Program applies only to single family residences; e.g. no manufactured or mobile homes, lots, etc. Cannot be tenant occupied. A 10-day due diligence inspection period is required. Inspections and a 30 day close apply to all purchases. Bustos Management must approve all purchases.
